Gift Bag Assembly (9 am - 1 pm)

• Join us in assembling the gift bags for Harvest Moon attendees! Lunch will be provided. If you can stay longer and assist with the table decorations also, please let us know in the comments.

Tables & Decorations Setup (10 am - 4 pm)

• Please join us in assisting with the tables and decor set-up. Lunch will be provided.

FRIDAY VOLUNTEERS

If you are interested in volunteering the day of the event we have a number of opportunities:

Set Up (8 am - 12 pm)

• Final table setting, staging, and signage set-up. Breakfast will be provided.

Event - Volunteer & Silent Auction Support (3:30 - 10:00 pm)

• Assistance with volunteer check-in/directions as well as with silent auction processing & notifications.

Guest Checkin / Clean up (4:00 - 10:30 pm)

• Assistant with guest check-in (issuing name tags, bid cards, and handing out attendee gift bags.
• Various clean-up assignments at the end of the event.

Beverage/ Misc Floor Support (4:45 - 10:30 pm)

• Assistance with maintaining non-alcoholic beverage station (coffee, water, tea). Various clean up duties

Food Service Support (4:45 - 10:00 pm)

• Ensuring stock of utensils/plates/napkins at the chef stations. Various clean-up tasks will be assigned.
